Teachers encourage their students to keep reading during lockdown.
Elementary school teachers in Fresno and Clovis school districts in Central California drove through their students’ neighborhoods during the week of March 23. Drivers in the parades honked their horns while cars displayed signs saying, “We Miss You!” and “Keep Reading.” According to one Aplos employee, at least 18 cars drove through her neighborhood. “I’m in awe,” she said.
