Webinar: 5 Metrics to Understand Your Organization’s Financial Health

by Dan Kimball

To make good decisions for a nonprofit or church, leaders and board members need accurate, up-to-date, and clear financial information. But they also need the ability to interpret and use this data to make informed decisions. So the first step is a solid understanding of baseline financial indicators and health. This webinar explores the fundamentals of nonprofit finance so leaders, managers, and board members feel better equipped to interpret financial statements and assess the financial position of their organization.

In this church and nonprofit finance webinar, you will:

  • Examine and evaluate your assets and liabilities for overall value
  • Understand your fund balances so you will know if you have the funds you need to operate
  • Determine if your spending is healthy to plan for future large expenses
  • Understand how much money to keep on hand to keep your doors open
  • Evaluate the financial efficiency of your programs or campaigns

Hi Julieta! I have an “@peopleshub.org” email address registered for the webinar, but I see that it’s different than the email address you used to comment here on this page. Do you have multiple email accounts through your organization?

Hi Robert. It should work across all browsers, and I just tested it in Firefox and it loaded ok for me. Do you have an ad-blocker running? Sometimes those can have odd side effects and block non-ad-related content once in a while. If not, try a different browser, and let me know if it’s still not working and I can add you manually!

Got it, thanks. The angle of my laptop screen was such that I couldn’t see the very faint lines of the text box for my name and e mail address.
