Nonprofit Board Member Management: Good, Bad & The Ugly

Board Management:

No matter the size or budget of your nonprofit everyone has a board of some kind because it’s the law. Does your board excite you, frustrate you or both? Is your board engaged or is like pulling teeth for them to show up? This webinar will be led by nationally known fundraising expert and author Simone P. Joyaux, ACFRE and she will discuss the good, bad and ugly of nonprofit boards.

During this webinar we will look at the differences between a “board” and “board member”, governance, how your board can be helpful and whose job is it to facilitate board effectiveness. Along with sharing some insightful first hand experiences, Simone will be answering your questions on how you can grow your relationship with your board.
