Farewell, Katy!


Today, Aplos is losing an O.G. member of its customer support team — Mrs. Katy Kelly.

Katy was employee number three. To put that into perspective, we now have nearly 30 employees, and we’re expected to grow to 40 by the end of September!

Jayne sums up Katy’s overall attitude and loyalty:

Katy never disappointed with the support she provided to our customers. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and cares about everyone she comes in contact with. Katy was instrumental in building Aplos’ support department. The team and culture would not be the same without her personality and insight. But, outside of what a great Support Team member Katy is, she has been an even bigger asset to the Aplos Team as a whole. Katy is the person who everyone loves and wants to be friends with. We will definitely feel a void without her on the team. She’s the type of person who makes everyone a better version of themselves. So thanks to Katy, we’re a better company and team because of her.

We have Katy’s patience with others to blame for her next adventure as she’s moving on to pursue higher education and a career in Marriage and Family Therapy. We couldn’t be happier for her!

Eric Burgess serves as Aplos’ Marketing Director and is passionate about all things digital media. When he’s not writing searchable content for churches and nonprofits to find online, he’s likely spending time with his family or out riding his downhill mountain bike in the Sierra Nevada mountains somewhere.
