Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Nominated organizations must:

Be a registered nonprofit organizations or charitable entities.

Be in good standing, compliant with applicable laws, and able to receive donations legally.

2. Nomination Process

Nominations open on Monday, July 28th and close on Friday, August 31st, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST.

Nominations can only be submitted via the official online nomination form provided by the Hosts.

Self-nominations are permitted.

Multiple nominations for the same nonprofit or individual do not increase odds of selection.

3. Selection Process

One (1) winner will be selected by an internal selection committee consisting of representatives from Aplos, Keela, and Raisely on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.

Selections will be based on demonstrated impact, community benefit and innovation.

The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.

4. Donation & Recognition

The chosen nonprofit organization or leader’s affiliated nonprofit will receive a one-time $10,000 USD donation from the Hosts.

The donation will be delivered within thirty (30) business days of notification and recipient verification.

The recipient organization or leader agrees to participate in promotional storytelling efforts, including interviews, social media highlights, and digital content published by the Hosts.

5. Notification

Winners will be notified by email by September 3rd, 2025.

If the selected recipient does not respond within five (5) business days, the Hosts reserve the right to select an alternate nominee.

6. General Conditions

The Hosts reserve the right to disqualify any nominee found to provide false or misleading information.

By participating, nominees agree to allow the Hosts to use their name, image, likeness, and organizational details in promotional materials related to the campaign.

The Hosts reserve the right to amend or terminate the program at their sole discretion.

By submitting this form, I grant the hosting brands permission to use my responses to develop testimonial content and other marketing materials. I authorize the hosting brands to use this information, including organizational details I’ve provided, in perpetuity across marketing channels. I also consent to being contacted for future marketing and promotional opportunities related to this submission.
