Webinar: Exclusive Training For Foursquare Churches

by Clay Harmon

During this one-hour webinar, Foursquare Church leadership and Jeremy Covert, an Aplos expert, will walk you through the fund accounting software. You will receive step-by-step instructions for how to begin. You will also learn how to customize your account in the software to set up your bookkeeping and create reports for your church. We understand most people who do the bookkeeping for churches are not CPAs, so we focus on the user experience to help keep things simple for you.

In this webinar, you can view the chart of accounts that has been optimized for the needs of Foursquare churches. We’ll take a look at tracking income and expenses using tags, which function similarly to classes in QuickBooks®. You’ll see a customized layer of tags we created specifically for Foursquare churches. With this setup, FMCR tags are required on all transactions. When you do your Foursquare Monthly Church Report through Aplos, you will be able to quickly pull a statement for your report. This should make your FMCR reporting much easier and save you time each month.

We’ll also show you tools for managing your budget, submitting 1099s, entering transactions in your register, creating journal entries, and more.

Hi there, Pastor Rey. If you fill out the form on this page, you’ll be taken to the recorded webinar (the form is only now working, in case you attempted to fill it out earlier today). And if you registered for the webinar on a previous day, then you will receive a link to the recording in your email as well. Hope this helps!
