When the data from fundraising campaigns and the processes for fund accounting are in sync, your nonprofit can easily monitor the status of funds and make informed decisions about program development, resource allocation, and future fundraising efforts.
If you’re using Raisely for online fundraising but haven’t been syncing your fundraising data to Aplos, it’s time to get started!
Aplos and Raisely together create the perfect fundraising workflow solution for growing nonprofits that seek to maintain financial accuracy when tracking, budgeting, and reporting on donations from fundraising campaigns.

Connecting the power of Aplos’ fund accounting tools to Raisely’s innovative fundraising campaign builder just makes sense.
The Aplos + Raisely integration is a one-way sync of data from your Raisely campaigns into Aplos. When you activate the integration, any new transactions that come through Raisely will automatically update in your designated asset and expense accounts in Aplos.
Getting started with this data sync is easy! If you have an Aplos account and a Raisely account, you can set up the sync at any time. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Log into Aplos and navigate to Donations > Online Donations in the top menu.
Step 2: Activate the Raisely integration by giving Aplos permission to access your Raisely account.
Step 3: Confirm your integration settings in Raisely within Settings > Integrations by selecting the Aplos Purpose where you’d like to map your Raisely Campaigns. After confirming Purposes, move back into Aplos to confirm your desired asset and expense accounts.
Note: By default, a Raisely Stripe account will automatically be created as the deposit asset account and a Bank Fees account will automatically be created (if it doesn’t already exist) as the expense account to handle the transaction fees. However, you may change this in Integration Settings.
If you’d like more detailed instructions on setting up this integration, visit the Aplos Support Center.
If you’re an Aplos customer and you don’t have a Raisely account, visit the Raisely website to sign up for a demo!
Can I continue to use Aplos Pay to process donations, instead of the default Stripe account in Raisely? Yes! You can choose to use AplosPay and/or Raisely Stripe to process donations.
Will my offline donations in Raisely sync to Aplos? At this time, only online donations in Raisely will sync to Aplos.
If I have already activated this integration and then create a new Aplos account, can I disconnect the integration from the original Aplos account and reconnect to the new one? Yes, you can disconnect the integration from the Aplos side. The steps are as follows:
If you need assistance with any of these steps, our support team will be happy to help you through the process!
