This year is all about modernizing the Aplos platform. As part of this modernization effort, we’ve made significant updates to the Reports page in Aplos. The Reports page is where you access saved reports and create new reports in Aplos. With this update, you get a modernized interface, improved usability, and personalized features to help you access and manage your reports more efficiently.

Easier Access to Your Reports

Navigating to the reports you need has never been easier. The redesigned Reports Landing Page now includes a dynamic search feature, allowing you to instantly locate reports by name or keyword. Additionally, your recently accessed and saved reports are surfaced automatically, so you can quickly pick up where you left off. And last but not least, our most requested change is the ability to “favorite” your custom saved reports.

Personalized Organization

We understand that every organization has unique reporting needs. With this update, you can now personalize your Reports Landing Page to fit your workflow.

• Favorite Reports: Mark your most-used reports as favorites for easy access.
  
• Reorder Report Sections: Arrange report sections in a way that makes sense for you.
  
• Show or Hide Sections: Collapse or expand entire sections to declutter your view. You can also hide or show individual reports to clean up your view.
  

These personalization options help you create a reporting environment tailored to your organization's needs.

Better Visibility into Report Usage

Understanding which reports are actively used can help you streamline your reporting process. The updated Reports Landing Page now displays the last accessed date at an organization level, giving you better insight into which reports are being used and which are not. For your Custom Reports, this will help you better organize and clean up your different saved versions. This feature allows for a more personal reporting experience overall.
